LP Warren Homes understands that the quality of construction on your new home is important. Just as important is the quality of the relationships with the personnel that will be looking after the construction of your new home.
Geoff & Glenda Swan
DirectorsGeoff and Glenda Swan can share many inspirational stories since buying the business from Les Warren in 1984 and building it up to the business it is today.
Originally starting in the business as a supervisor, Geoff is a qualified carpenter and registered builder with 40 years building experience. Geoff is a member of the Master Builder's Association of Australia and the Housing Industry Association of Victoria, alongside being a long time member of Rotary, with nearly 20 years service. Geoff is also a past President of the Diamond Creek Rotary Club.
Geoff is community-orientated and was personally touched by the devastating fires at Kinglake and surrounding areas. As a result Geoff and Glenda have been active fundraisers and mentors, assisting in the rebuilding process through the local traders and Rotary.
Geoff and Glenda are parents of five children and have eleven grand children.
