Generally, Knockdown Rebuild sites are located between existing buildings i.e. inner city blocks. These can be difficult sites to work on as they have restricted access for material delivery and building. LP Warren Homes has built a sound reputation of project managing home construction on these difficult and demanding sites.

Our Knockdown Rebuild Experience:

LP Warren Homes has been involved in Knockdown and rebuilding in older built up areas (inner city suburbs) for many years and achieved excellent results.  As with our new homes, clients tend to approach us for our knowledge and expertise in building on difficult sites, sloping blocks and narrow building sites.

In May 2011 we completed a project in Sutton Street Balwyn.  For these clients it was important for them to remain close to their children’s schools and their work.  They loved the Balwyn area and purchased an existing house which they planned to knock down.  We worked with them to design a home to fit their block.

We have developed a process to manage all our Knockdown Rebuild projects which includes co-ordination of the demolition, clearing the block and ensuring all local council requirements are adhered to.
